Distillery Tasting Notes

Made by Undisclosed ~ A. Smith Bowman Distillery

Our Vanilla Bean Infused Bourbon was infused for 24 months and resulted in a creamy mix of cinnamon, oak, and marzipan. After aging for a total of seven years and six months in the barrel, the bourbon was infused with chopped Madagascar vanilla beans before marrying the barrels together in 2014, creating a sweet oak, vanilla, and dark spice flavor.
