Additional Notes

Nose - Honey, peaches, orange zest, creamy vanilla, black pepper. Very nice - better than more recent iterations of ETL, I’d say. Palate - A bit light and thin, unfortunately - honey, vanilla, peach, orange zest, a little black pepper. Something faintly like rubbing alcohol. Flavors are nice and well balanced, but this could use some more weight. Finish - Mild black pepper, honey, peach, orange zest, vanilla, a hint of dried ginger. A bit more rubbing alcohol here, unfortunately. Again, could use a bit more weight behind it.
