Dark Chocolate, honey, toasted almond, and vanilla cream create an enveloping, decadent aroma. On the palate, roasted malt, cacao and allspice lead to lasting balance of exquisite flavor.

This bespoke blend of 6 and 7-year Kentucky bourbon has been aged an additional 12 months in Bourbon County stout barrels, then married with a beautiful 9-year Kentucky bourbon. 56% 7-year-old Kentucky bourbon with a mash bill of Corn 53% / Rye 26% / Malted Barley 21%. 26% 6-year-old Kentucky bourbon with a mash bill of Corn Corn 53% / Rye 26% / Malted Barley 21%. 18% 9-year-old Kentucky bourbon with a mash bill of Corn Corn 78% / Rye 13% / Malted Barley 9%.
