Made by Next Century Spirits

Nose: Toasted pecan, ripe red apples, and honeysuckle. Palate: Dried figs, black currants, wildflower honey, and candied dates. Finish: Cream sherry, medium toast American oak, and a hint of Islay-style peat smoke.
