Unlike any other bourbon, the blue corn yields an earthy, nutty, and mildly vanilla flavor. Nose: caramel, butterscotch, sweet toffee, and molasses. Palate: Caramel, sweet cream, spearmint, hazelnut, and clove. Finish: Medium finish with baking spice, honey, and vanilla.
