Distillery Tasting Notes

Made by Bluegrass Distillers LLC ~ Bluegrass Distillers

Nose: butterscotch, creamy butter, and vanilla. Palate; Vanilla bean, cream, brown sugar, and toffee. Finish: light finish, vanilla, and a light char and oak flavor. Rich, buttered spiced cake aroma. The taste yields more oak and vanilla flavors compared to the pepper and spice of the High Rye.
