Toffee, grassy notes, citrus, green grapes. Fennel and almonds are featured on the palate along with notes of caramel and oak, vanilla, forest berries, and honey finished with grain, a creamy silkiness, and oak tannins.

After distillation, each batch of Broken Barrel is hit 40% French Oak Staves, 40% Ex-Bourbon Cask Staves, and 20% Sherry Cask Staves.
