Distillery Tasting Notes

Made by Buzzard's Roost Whiskey

Nose: aromas of vanilla and caramel give way to cinnamon, cardamom, and banana bread with an underlying Smokey note. Palate: sweet candied orange, vanilla, caramel, and baking spices are balanced with warm campfire notes. Finish: a delicate fade into subtle hints of fire-roasted oak gives this whiskey a delightful, smoldering finish.
