Distillery Tasting Notes

Made by Buzzard's Roost Whiskey

Nose: A vast array of sweet goodness. Pumpkin pie, bread pudding, crème brulee, and freshly toasted wood dominate. Palate: The palate is rich and creamy, with all the sweetness following through from the nose. The sharp spiciness of the 95% rye mash bill keeps things from getting too thick and lends a nice grit to the palate. Finish: Long with hints of vanilla and wafer.
