A banana daiquiri is a summer beverage served after dinner. It is a cocktail served straight up in a cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces white rum
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce frozen banana puree
- .5 ounce coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons fine sugar
Steps
- Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Dissolve the sugar, stir well.
- Add ice, shake again.
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
