Daiquiri (Banana)


A banana daiquiri is a summer beverage served after dinner. It is a cocktail served straight up in a cocktail glass.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce frozen banana puree
  • .5 ounce coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons fine sugar

Steps

  1. Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker​
  2. Dissolve the sugar, stir well.
  3. Add ice, shake again.
  4. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
