Irish Coffee

Ingredients

1 cup freshly brewed hot black coffee or espresso

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 ½ ounces (or 3 tablespoons) Irish whiskey

2 tbsp Heavy cream, slightly whipped

1 Vanilla pod or stick of cinnamon

1 Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

Steps

Directions: Use heatproof glass or warm a mug by filling it with hot water to preheat, then empty out the water. Pour hot coffee into warmed glass until it is about 3/4 full. Add in the brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Blend in Triple Dog Irish whiskey. Gently float the whipped heavy cream by pouring it over the back of a spoon to rest on top. Garnish with a trimmed vanilla pod or stick of cinnamon, and dust with a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg. Serve hot and enjoy!
