Spiced Apple Whiskey Sour


The spiced apple cider whiskey sour is a delicious and flavorful cocktail that combines the warmth of spiced apple cider with the boldness of whiskey. The sweet and tangy flavors of the apple cider complement the smoky and spicy notes of the whiskey, creating a well-balanced and satisfying drink. Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Bourbon
  • 2 ounces Apple Cider
  • 3/4 ounce of Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Touch of Cinnamon

Steps

  1. Make simple syrup. Add equal parts water and sugar to a saucepan and stir until sugar dissolves completely. Allow syrup to cool before using.
  2. Add whiskey, apple cider, simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice to a shaker. Shake about 20-30 seconds.
  3. Pour the cocktail over fresh ice.
  4. Add slices of apple and sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon, or add cinnamon sticks
