I was born in California, but my heritage on my daddy's side is southern all the way back to 1799, and I've adopted Texas as my home state. I've only been drinking whisky since September of 2021, but I've already learned that I much prefer bourbon. My favorite is Texas Pot Still Bourbon from Balcones Distilling in Waco, TX.
