Straight

According to United States Law's definition, straight is a word that means a type of spirit from the fermentation of cereal grain mash and subsequent distillation to a maximum of 80% ABV. The aging of a 'Straight Bourbon,' for instance, has to take place in casks for a minimum of two years at a reduced ABV of approximately 62.5%.
