Distillery Tasting Notes

Made by Hillrock LLC ~ Hillrock Estate Distillery

Layers of caramel and vanilla complement traditional rice spice. It is a deep amber color highlighted by warm and inviting aromas of vanilla and caramel with hints of prune, apricot, and rye spice that round out the nose. Initial caramel sweetness on the palate is followed by mint, clove, and cinnamon spice before fading into a caramel, butterscotch conclusion with a long, warm, and sweet finish.
