Distillery Tasting Notes

Made by Mammoth Distilling

Assertive and complex aroma with notes of honey, lightly toasted rye bread, dried grass and rick-house. Mouthfeel is clean and dry, with light tannins and low viscosity. Finish is medium-long with clean, lingering heat.
