Made by Old Elk Distilleries, LLC ~ Old Elk Distillery

Aroma: Spice, peach, cinnamon sugar, almost like peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Taste: Bold spice of rye, allspice, peach on the middle of the tongue, caramel on the finish, medium oak, slightly drying.
