You know, the sweet pancakes with the crispy edges slightly burnt by the butter on the grill. The nose has minimal ethanol, even at 134.98 proof, as you would hope for a light whiskey. After the bottle has been open for a while, you can sense a spiced honeysuckle aroma.
Palate
The palate is wonderfully oily, hot, buttery, and sweet. It is a wonderfully hot and sweet dessert.
