Distillery Tasting Notes

Made by Seelbach's

The nose is candied ginger and orange marmalade. The palate opens with gingerbread cookies, caramel and stewed apples. It's rich and sweet. The palate is viscous and drinks much lower than it's stated 131 proof. On the finish there's a flash of nutmeg, tangerine and toasted oak. Dried spices linger on this long finish.
