Made by Stranahan's Whiskey Distillery

NOSE: Over-ripe cherry, sweet apples, raisins, almonds, leather, and fresh-cut hay. PALATE: Honey, Montmorency cherries, blackcurrant, and fig, with a nutty brine and walnut characteristics. FINISH: Buttery caramel, whipped creme, brown sugar, and smoked cayenne.
