AROMA: Sweet and spicy, with notes of caramel and cinnamon and plenty of oak character. FLAVOR: Bright bursts of apricot and cinnamon with rich dark chocolate and leather. FINISH: Complex flavors sit warmly on the palate, leading to a long, ringing finish.

Blend of 4 mashbills: 28% 3 year old bourbon (71% Corn, 21% Rye, 9% Malted Barley), 25% 3 year old bourbon (60% Corn, 36% Rye, 4% Malted Barley), 24% 13 year old bourbon (74% Corn, 18% Rye, 8% Malted Barley) 23% 15 year old bourbon (78.5% Corn, 13% Rye, 8.5% Malted Barley).
