Distillery Tasting Notes

Made by Beam Suntory, Inc. ~ James B. Beam Distilling Co. (Jim Beam)

The nose presents notes of leather and floral honey. Note of some caramel and vanilla. Rich butterscotch, brown sugar, dried cherries and a little allspice. The finish is a nice balance of toasted oak with caramel and brown sugar.
