Aromatic notes on the nose. The palate is full of raspberry, honey, white chocolate, toffee, vanilla, grains, and nutty flavors.

After distillation, each batch of Broken Barrel is hit 40% French Oak Staves, 40% Ex-Bourbon Cask Staves, and 20% Sherry Cask Staves.
