AROMA: Vanilla and brown sugar, baking spice, dill, oak, orchard fruit, and pear blossom. TASTE: Crème brûlée, honey, vanilla, citrus, rye bread, black peppercorn, and oak. FINISH: Warm, dry, and lingering with hints of caramelized sugar, praline pecan, dill, oak, and pepper.
