Made by Reservoir Distillery

NOSE: Sherry, charcoal, tootsie roll, cherry, rye spice, vanilla. PALATE Sweet, spicy, and chocolate. FINISH: Lingering chocolate, malt, fruit, berries, vegetal.

Aged for a minimum of two to three years in Reservoir's "small barrel" casks, then finished in an Ardent milk stout barrel for a further two and one-half years.
