Distillery Tasting Notes

Made by Log Still Distillery

Aroma: Starts off with lively fresh-cut oak, followed by English toffee, cola spices, and sweet toasted coconut. Taste: Bold spice right out of the gate, with clove, nutmeg, and allspice. This is followed closely by coconut and hints of apple, vanilla, caramel, and a firm round mouthfeel that give evidence of considerable maturity. Finish: This whiskey closes with rye spice and warm oak tannins in concert with classic oak sweetness that lingers well past the last swallow.
