Distillery Tasting Notes

Made by Log Still Distillery

A sweet and smooth product that’s approachable and balanced. Notes of vanilla and cinnamon spice marry with the dried cherry to create an approachable, warm product. Aroma: Caramel, Nutty, Cinnamon, Maple, Peppercorn. Taste: An earthy, nutty mix of pecans & walnuts married with notes of dried cherries, cinnamon spice, and peppery vanilla. Finish: Early vanilla spice on the front end, followed by a delightful expression of earthiness ending on a surprisingly spiced note.
