Distillery Tasting Notes

Made by R Keith Hazelbaker Ventures Inc ~ Prohibition Craft Spirits Distillery

Nose: White grape, nutmeg, vanilla, sugar cookies, toasted bread. On the palate: Red apple skins. Balance of sweet fruit and tannins from the oak. It's a McDonald's apple pie filling! Apples, nutmeg, white pepper and cinnamon. A hint of pineyness leads to a mouth warming, stewed apple finish.
