Distillery Tasting Notes

Made by R Keith Hazelbaker Ventures Inc ~ Prohibition Craft Spirits Distillery

Nose: Rich raw honey, roasted light coffee, allspice, ripe red fruits, caramel, barrel char. On the palate: Citrus peel, Semi-sweet chocolate, Black pepper, light anise. This moves to a smokey and waxy finish. It's a soft finish that brings back that earthy, raw honey sweetness.
