Made by Castle & Key Distillery ~ Penelope Bourbon

Each batch is a unique blend of our signature three bourbon mash bills comprised of four grains (Corn, Wheat, Rye, and Malted Barley) and all have different custom char (# 1- 5) and toast (medium & heavy) – making each bottle unique and different. Every Toasted Series barrel has a different mash bill comprising four grains.
