NOSE: Cardamom, clove, a light touch of camphor, burnt sugar, and cedar. PALATE: Oak, strawberry, and black pepper. FINISH: A subtle floral hint develops on the palate but remains firmly in the ‘cooking spice and caramel’ camp.
