Floral to the nose, with an incredibly smooth and well-rounded sweet flavor. Complex hints of caramel, vanilla and with a wonderfully warm finish.

Finished in French Oak Ex-Brandy Casks produced from local Long Island grapes.

Alcohol by volume (ABV): 57%
Aged: Aged up to 7 years. 4 to 7 years, and then 3 to 6 months in Merlot and Chardonnay casks, washed in brandy.
Mash Bill: 60% Corn, 35% Rye, and 5% Malted Barley
