Made by Shady Mile Bourbon

Amber color. Aromas and flavors of chocolate toffee and stone fruits, brown spices, and granola cereal with raisins with a supple, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and a warming, interesting, very long finish displaying touches of cornbread waffles with maple syrup and honey pepper jelly.
