60% Corn, 35% Rye, and 5% Malted Barley Mash Bill Whiskeys

It’s complex, full-bodied, and surprisingly smooth with a delicate, long finish that’s unbelievably mellow. NOSE: Dried spice, pear, cocoa, vanilla, and maple syrup. PALATE: Hints of ripe plum and cherries, robust, full-body, mellow. FINISH: Smooth and delicately long.

Floral to the nose, with an incredibly smooth and well-rounded sweet flavor. Complex hints of caramel, vanilla and with a wonderfully warm finish.

Nose: Light caramel and sweet vanilla. Taste: Rich and earthy on the palate with well balanced flavors of candy corn, honey nougat and sweet corn bread biscuits. Finish: Vanilla with a hint of caramel apple.

Rich fruit. Deep, rich fruit notes that balance perfectly with the bright rye spice. The rye provides a robust structure, but the defining character of this recipe is the fruit that the O creates.
