Matured in separate, charred oak barrels to extract additional soft, sweet oak character. Luxuriously smooth on the palate.

Aromatic notes on the nose. The palate is full of raspberry, honey, white chocolate, toffee, vanilla, grains, and nutty flavors.

Toffee, grassy notes, citrus, green grapes. Fennel and almonds are featured on the palate along with notes of caramel and oak, vanilla, forest berries, and honey finished with grain, a creamy silkiness, and oak tannins.

The higher rye content contributes warming spice notes on the nose and palate. Aromas of cinnamon, dried cherry, and light leather. Flavors of vanilla, caramel, and chocolate mint.

Made from Sweet Indiana Corn and a hint of spicy rye to give a perfect balance of sweetness and spice. The nose begins with a hint of vanilla and oranges which gives way to flavors of toffee, caramel, and chocolate

It boasts of a smooth, well-rounded flavor with a slightly sweet finish.

Light golden amber color. Aromas of cherry, marzipan, candied violet, spiced toffee, and dark chocolate with a round, crisp, dry medium body and a warming, interesting, medium-length hints of sweet honey sesame, sweet corn bread, French toast, and maple finish.

Nose: Sweet corn, allspice, and oak. Body: Viscous. Taste: Vanilla, allspice, apricot, and pear. Finish: Allspice fades into lingering notes of oak, pear, and vanilla.

The charred virgin French oak gives a common character found in the wine, while also rounding the sweet dark fruit flavors bleeding from the freshly dumped wine barrels. The marshmallow forward, cherry center, and oak-heavy finish lingers, while remaining balanced
